Exit Stage Right

Prior to our evening stroll when I am trying to put on his leash, Pappy keeps turning in circles trying to work out what I am doing. Then he blocks the door to ensure that I can't leave without him. This isn't as highly efficient as it sounds.

I prefer to snatch the lead out of J1's hand and run off with it and generally prance around. I don't know why, I just have to do it every time I see the lead. J x

Hi Pappy's Dad,

Funny how these beasts get into their little rituals. Sophie can't go anywhere without a tennis ball in her mouth, even though her joints are too sore to properly chase the darn thing. Consequently, I have the opposite efficiency problem. I end up waiting at the door for her, sometimes for several minutes, while she scouts the house for her ball.

The Fleas are so lazy, they've gotten to the point that I have to pick them up out of their beds and make them go outside and play. BUT when the leads come out of hiding, they push each other out of the way to be the first one to get to wear the collar. They're silly.

Sophie brador: Love the visual of Sophie hunting for her ball as you wait at the door. Classic!
