The Other March Madness
Pappy is in the running for this year's Mutt Madness tournament on a local radio station's web site. He's been placed in the Southeastern region. In the first round is bracketed against Roxy, a German Shepherd with palm trees in her back yard. Pappy's photo doesn't look great, but I'm confident he can take Roxy to reach the round of 32.
Pappy and I would appreciate your votes in the competition. You can vote here, and it doesn't require any registration. The site suggests people vote early and often. Pappy's fondest goal for this year is to reach the Sweet 16.

We each voted once for you and we had Mom vote for you too. We will try to come back and vote again but Mom is still trying to catch up on some of our blog reading since our Internet connection was down most of the weekend.

Dachsies, Tin Tin, Maggie,
Pappy and I thank you for your support. If you want to wear our team colors for the rest of the month, Pappy's color is race-car red.
Voting completed. We thoroughly read the whole stuff and decided you are the best of all of them. So good luck.
I voted for you! Hope you win!

We voted. Teka will vote later. We must tell you that we are not much good at picking winners, so you may want to pay us to vote for someone else!
B&S, H&M, Tierre, and Gus,
Thanks you guys for your support. Last night they briefly showed percentages for each challenge, and Pappy was getting his clock cleaned-- so I'm steeling for disappointment. It's hard to even see Pappy with the photo that small, so it's tough to be competitive.
Mission accomplished!

Win Pappy Win! We voted for you too.

Charlie and Nugget,
Thanks!
Sad to report that Pappy got pole-axed in the first round. At least he is in good company with Duke.
Thanks for trying everyone.
