Pooch Tube

Based on Pappy's total inattention to the TV, I would have thought dogs just couldn't grok the 2D images. Clearly I was mistaken. And it looks like Westies and expensive flat panels just don't mix.

I love watching TV if there are animals on. I even look round the back sometimes to see where they are!

looked to me like the westie was enjoying the TV just fine. I thought maybe he pulled it over like Teka did to muzzer's little one.

All we get when we are alone in the house is NPR. Science Friday is our fave

He watches TV like we do. We are very quiet until a dog shows up. We can see him so we have to bark at this intruder into our house! Sometimes we just hear dogs barking or the doorbell will ring (Mom says it is on the TV) and we bark. We also bark at the dog in the mirror and in the glass covering the fireplace. We don't understand why Mom laughs when we are trying to protect her.

Oscar,
Trust me, I've checked out the backside of the screen and they just aren't there. Miracle of TV and all that.

Gus,
Sorry, didn't mean to besmirch the rep of the enthusiastic Westie. Of course if he were doing that in front of my flat panel, I'd have to clock him.

Dachsies,
I know I'd feel safer with you guys around. Everybody needs a little muscle.

That is so hilarious. I watch 'Top Dogs' (Canadian show), but not with so much enthusiasm. Mom thinks I'm too laid back. I say I'm just too smart!

Sweets,
We're with you. Pappy can be taken in by the occasional doorbell on TV, but other than that he is stone cold oblivious.
